A day in the life

..of a five year old girl. It was a lot more exciting than you'd think! :)

There were pets to take care of,


Pools to jump into,


Cousins to be silly with,


Monkey bars to tackle,


Old friends to hug,


And, at the end of the day, snuggles to be shared.


Such a fun, special age... starting to be a big kid but still very much a little one. On the cusp of becoming a kindergartener, facing a brave new world ahead, but still young enough to not know what a milestone it is.

If only we could bottle that enthusiasm.... I'd be first in line! :) Have a great weekend!
