Doggone cute

Our girls got an early Christmas present yesterday... no assembly required, no batteries needed... just a big ball of fur and drool to love & adore! This guy came from the Lone Star Lab Rescue, a great organization. Anyone considering adding a pet to the family should check into a rescue group... there are so many great dogs out there just waiting for a good family! We were able to get a completely housebroken, vaccinated, spayed & trained 2 year old dog that is an instant member of the family.. instead of the hyper, high-needs puppy I was fearing!

The girls are obviously thrilled beyond belief... my oldest (the resident animal lover) was so excited she cried when he came home! Even the baby has found the big guy to be a nice pillow for watching Dora... he just fit right in perfectly!

Without further ado.. I am proud to introduce Hershey Beck.. middle name still under negotiation. ;)
